Cerclo is a small social club in Amsterdam. When you ask for a seat, you share a few things with us. This page explains what we do with them, in plain language.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address
- What you do, and your answers to our questions
- Your Instagram, LinkedIn or website, if you add one
Why we collect it
To read your request, decide who sits at which dinner, and email you about it. We use your details because you asked us to: we need them to answer your request and, if you get a seat, to organise your dinner. We don't use them for newsletters or marketing.
Who sees it
Only the people who run Cerclo. We never sell your details and never share them with other guests or with restaurants. The services that store our data and send our emails process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
As long as you're interested in Cerclo dinners. If you haven't heard from us or come to a dinner in two years, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email hello@cerclo.nl and we'll sort it out within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
